Privacy Policy

NowSaw ("we", "us", "our") provides digital marketing services — including website development, local search optimisation, and advertising management — to small and independent businesses, primarily in Ireland. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

1. What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your website address, if you provide one
• Any details you share about what you're looking for

If you contact us via WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and any information you choose to share in that conversation, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy for the platform itself.

This site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may result in your device's IP address being sent to Google as part of loading the page. We don't control this data flow directly — see Section 6 for how to limit it.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the free visibility check you requested
• To follow up about a potential pilot project or ongoing service, if you express interest
• To keep basic records of client communication for our own accounting and service history

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for purposes beyond responding to you and delivering the service you asked about.

3. Where your data goes

Form submissions on this site are processed through a third-party form-delivery service and sent directly to our business email inbox. We are based in India; if you are contacting us from Ireland or elsewhere in the EU, this means your data is transferred outside the EU/EEA. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure in transit and in storage, and we don't share it with any party beyond our own team.

4. How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we keep enquiry details for up to 12 months in case you follow up, then delete them. If you become a client, we retain communication and project records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet standard accounting/record-keeping requirements.

5. Your rights

If you're contacting us from the EU/EEA or UK, GDPR gives you the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. If you're contacting us from India, similar rights apply under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To exercise any of these, just email reach@nowsaw.com.

6. Cookies and third-party tools

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. It does load fonts from Google Fonts' servers and, once live, will link out to WhatsApp for direct enquiries — both are third-party services with their own separate privacy policies, which we'd encourage you to review if you have concerns about how they individually handle data.
